Whispers from the Bloomlands is a personal project exploring atmosphere and emotion through illustration, character design, and immersive storytelling. Created in Sketchbook Pro, Blender and A-frame.

Adriana Ancelmo da Silva was born and raised in Dourados, Brazil.
While she has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, she moved into illustration after becoming captivated by the world of children's illustrations when reading stories to her son.
She enjoys digital painting and illustration for children's books, and while mostly self-taught, she has taken several online courses and mentorships.
She works on her illustrations with Autodesk Sketchbook to the soft sound of instrumental music.

Currently, she is expanding her creative journey by studying VR, one of her passions alongside children's illustration, and exploring 3D modeling through a personal project.
